Came for a quick lunch. Large resturant only had 1 table seated when I got there. Took almost 10 min for them to notice I was waiting to be seated. They sat me at the bar area. No one was working behind the bar. After 15 min a server walked back into the dining room and took my order. I ordered the sashimi lunch special(8 piece sashimi with a soup and salad) and a bottled beer. 10 or so min later a different server walked into the dinning area and I flagged her down to add a order of Toro nigiri to the tab. She politely told me it was out of stock and asked if I wanted something different and wasnt aware I had made any orders yet at all. I said no thank you i had already made a order with the other girl.. She walked away came back 5 min later and gave me my beer. Another 10 min 3rd server came and dropped off my sashimi. It was pretty warm but overall it was fine. After I finished my food and drink I sat for a while and then looked around the room there was no one in sight after another 15 or so min I saw a guy walking to the front counter to get something I flagged him down and asked for the check. He walked off seemed to have some sort of issue with the front of house computer. B

We had a large party. Of course we know things can get a little chaotic but we were a very gracious mostly elder family with a background in restaurant service ....so we get it. Unfortunately the manager experience was not what it should have been. One of our plates were cleared while still full and was handed a separate bill for that specific plate. When asked what happened to the plate as it was thought maybe they removed it to box it up. They denied ever removing the plate and the manager started to give the vibe as if we were trying not to pay. We said we will.pay if we can get our food. They refused. Saying she didnt believe us and being extremely accusatory. We had a 1300 bill and gratuity included and you're acting like we are refusing or cannot afford to.pay 48.50 plate. She then said she needed to review the camera footage. While we all sat there feeling disgusted it came to be that the bussers removed the full plate of food for no apparent reason as my family member was at the bar And others were still dining. They asked to remake the plate for us and we politely refused. Would never return here. Don't recommend large groups to go here as the manager/owner behavior w

Last night I had a delightful meal and drink at Shirasoni. The Tempura Combo was delicious. Light batter, tender veggies and tasty shrimp and chicken. The Amaretto Sour was perfection. All of the staff I encountered was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend. Tuesday nights are a bit slower than others.
